MAIN FLOOR The main floor of our peaceful Cape home consists of an open living room/kitchen, four bedrooms, and one full bathroom (the 2nd full bathroom being downstairs). The living room is a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy time with family and friends. We have a 55" 4K Smart TV for you to enjoy, but feel free to just sit and talk. This room extends into a dining area, which has a full dining table/chair/bench set with plenty of seating for everyone (we have high-chairs for the little ones, too) by an oversized bay window overlooking the yard. In the kitchen, you’ll find a full assortment of cookware, spices, staple ingredients, & everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal. Help yourself to snacks and local coffee from Mary Lou’s & Cape Cod Coffee (who happens to have fantastic pizza). Everything is brand new - Fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker, & blender included. Off the kitchen is our favorite room, the tropical breakfast/drink nook. This is the perfect place to enjoy a bagel or a stack of fluffy pancakes, or to mi up some rum cocktails and enjoy yourself. Let us know what you think! In each of the bedrooms, you will find peace and serenity to unwind from work and enjoy quality time with the family. All rooms besides the Kid's room come with 55" 4k Smart TVs. There are 2 high chairs and 2 pack and plays in the closet if you have toddlers. All rooms have Queen memory foam mattresses (besides the Kid's room which has 1 Twin over Full Bunk, and 1 Twin over Twin trundle bed), and they are incredibly comfortable. The first full bathroom is located next to the kitchen; You'll find a cache of towels and supplies in the closet for whatever you need. *Please note we have blinds/window fixtures for all windows, which are not shown in the photos!* BOTTOM FLOOR On the bottom floor, you will find another living area, our game room complete with Mortal Kombat arcade game and a mini ping pong / table tennis table, another full bath, and a workspace area in case you need to get any work done (or write the next great American novel while you're on the Cape). We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience. OUTDOOR SPACE The spacious backyard has a fenced-in yard that's great for kids and pets, an outdoor dining table, a firepit area and more. Show off your grillmaster skills at the propane grill. We also have a shed with beach chairs, outdoor games, and more. Enjoy!

This property is centrally located in south Dennis, nestled between Yarmouth, Barnstable, Harwich, and Chatham. Everywhere you want to be here within 10 to 15 minutes. From VisitDennis: To the north is Cape Cod Bay and to the South the views overlooking Nantucket Sound. The early settlers took to the sea for their survival as captains, boat and ship builders. At one time over 400 captains called the area their home. Today the beaches both to the north and south sides bring both visitors and residents tranquility and pleasure. Dennis is a beacher’s paradise. The north side has many including Chapin Memorial Beach; Mayflower Beach; Corporation Beach; Harbor View Beach; and Cold Storage Beach. On the south side, is West Dennis Beach; South Village Road Beach; Haigis Beach; Glendon Road Beach; and Sea Street Beach. Take a day and visit them all.
