Wonderful house for a multi-generational family gathering - 16 of us, plus a dog. The outdoor space is incredible - pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, fire pit for s’mores, and tons of seating space. Indoor space was great as well, with plenty of en-suite bedrooms, great kitchen, gathering spaces. The location is excellent - walking / cycling / running path to Scusset Beach down the canal, enough shops close by to make shopping easy, and close to Sandwich’s excellent restaurants as well as the rest of the Cape. And Tony was an excellent host - ready to answer any questions (and quick to help out with any issues that arose). This is a great house to make family memories.

We took a three generational long weekend in Plymouth and stayed at Tony’s place. We were very impressed with the home and it accommodated our group beautifully. The house is spacious and has enough area for us to all sit together or to go our separate ways. The house was immaculate and the indoor pool and fire pit were wonderful. Added bonuses! The beach was just a short walk away of about a half mile, and the view of the ocean from the house was outstanding! I would definitely book this house again!

We loved this house! We had 10 people in our group- we all enjoyed it and fit comfortably. The backyard is beautiful, the space was clean, and the location was very convenient. We all especially loved how comfortable the beds and linens were. Overall a very beautiful home. This is a great property for your next family vacation or girls trip! Tony was a super responsive host. He made sure we had all the information we needed to have an easy stay. Information regarding local recommendations, house details, and more were all available on site which was great to refer to. During our stay we needed help switching a battery in a fire alarm and Tony was super quick in getting that fixed for us. He made sure we were able to check in smoothly and if we needed anything else as well while we were there. I definitely recommend this property and using any other property Tony has!

We had a great time! The house was amazing and newly updated! There was plenty of space for our family of 7 adults with plenty of room to spare! It was also great to be able to bring our dogs. The backyard area was great and the view of the water was incredible! The indoor pool was a huge bonus to cool off after coming back from the beach. The beach was also great- just a 10 minute walk from the house, private, and clean! Tony and Rabbu were great hosts- very pleasant, helpful, and quick to respond when we had questions. We hope to return again next summer!

We had a great week! Very spacious and private for my whole extended family. Huge deck to hang out together. We enjoyed the lake; floating, fishing and kayaking/canoeing and then took a dunk in the hot tub. Took the Hunter Mountain lift up to the summit which was awesome, went to the zoo and hiked Kaaterskill Falls. I definitely recommend!

Great stay at the house - incredible getaway weekend with the guys. House is beautiful and luxurious as advertised. Tony was very responsive and helpful any time we needed him. Would definitely come back!!

The home was extremely clean and spacious. The outdoor area was beautiful. Tony was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was roomy and we had 8 adults and 5 children 3 and under. The photos do not do justice to how gorgeous this home is. Thank you again Tony for sharing your home with us. We made everlasting wonderful memories and had a fantastic stay.

The house was incredible and Tony was a pleasure to work with! He responded quickly to my messages and was flexible with changes to our head count. The house was easy to find and situated in a beautiful lake. The backyard was lovely with a hot tub, fire pit, and lake recreation, so there was something for everyone to do. Lots of bedrooms, large kitchen/dining table, and expansive deck accommodated our large group easily, and plenty of bathrooms meant no traffic jams getting showered and cleaned up. Couldn’t have picked a better spot for my 40th birthday, endlessly grateful to Tony for an unforgettably special weekend!!

This place was gorgeous! We had a girls trip that was much needed here. Plenty of space for everybody to be able to hangout together or have their own space. 5 minutes down the road from Scusset beach or to hop onto the bridge to get over the canal. Every message sent to Tony was responded to in a timely fashion, they even let us check in early! Thank you!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hannacroix. The house was beautiful- so much natural wood! The kitchen was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed, and there was a large capacity refrigerator. We loved the hot tub and fire pit, with the added fun of fireflies! The beds were very comfortable and the towels were big, which we really appreciated. The house is secluded and we loved the privacy that the trees and shrubs provided. Tony was very responsive when we contacted him with several questions. We recommend the cabin with enthusiasm.
